Hansler Industries Ltd is looking for a **Branch Administrator**

**The Opportunity**:
As our first point of contact, you will meet and greet our customers and direct them to the appropriate party. You will be working in a friendly and enjoyable environment that allows you to interact with people from various departments. Duties include the following:

- Manage incoming calls
- Complete reports
- Payroll entry
- Assist in service department as required
- Assist with sales and rental paperwork
- Process credit card transactions
- Look up invoices for customers
- Perform other duties as required

You are someone who enjoys the working in a customer service role while handling your administrative duties. You can manage multiple task or projects, while handling numerous customer requests. Organization and adapting to a changing environment are your strengths. Your great communication skills are portrayed while you talk to your customers. We are looking for a Branch Administrator that meets the following qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in related discipline
- One-year experience in a fast-paced office environment

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
