Bring your energy to Aggreko as Operation Administratorbased in Toronto or Edmonton.You’ll Execute administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) requests for parts, shop, and operating supplies for Service Centers in Canada.

What you’ll do as Operation Administrator:
- You will be working out of the Toronto or Edmonton Service center
- Execute administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) requests for parts, shop, and operating supplies for all Canadian Service centers
- Support financial functions for the Operations team, including but not limited to daily purchasing transactions
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) and cross-functional teams
- Connect with vendors for goods delivery and manage shipment inquiries to ensure timely supply distribution
- Build strong vendor relationships to streamline purchasing activities and maintain effective coordination
- Provide basic reporting and analysis for management, assisting with procurement process updates as needed You are:
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Strong multitasking, adaptability, and communication skills across diverse professional environments
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, BASWARE, M3 Cloudsuite, i2B, PowerBi, and SharePoint preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, maintaining ambitious standards for work process organization
- Strong customer service skills, with quick adaptability to system updates and mínimal supervision required
- Supply chain and Operations experience preferred
- Bilingual (French is preferred) Here’s what you’ll get:
