We are a small animal practice located in beautiful Port Alberni BC; we take pride in providing high-quality care to our patients and exceptional service to their owners. Plus, with our recent merger with Pacific Rim, we've expanded our team of veterinarians, creating exciting opportunities for knowledge sharing and mentorship. We are currently looking for a person who has experience as a customer care representative, veterinary experience preferred but not required.

General Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients to our hospital
- Answer telephones/schedule appointments/setting up new client and patient files
- Prepare and maintain medical records
- Handling of medication requests and over the counter sales
- Invoicing/billing/estimates and payment processing
- End of day cash out duties
- General house keeping; cleanliness of reception area and patient waiting area, Treatment/Exam rooms and Kennel area.
- Assisting with patients

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
