What you'll do with us
As a **Branch Manager based in Rosemont, QC,** you will effectively manage branch operations, which will include sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory. Reporting to the District Manager, you will provide guidance, training and coaching to all branch staff.
How you'll thrive with us
- You will oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all staff.
- You will be responsible for the branch's P&L, budgets, expenses and inventory management.
- You will ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- You will ensure that all employees comply with all health and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- You will be a brand ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.
Who you are
- You have at least 2-3 years' proven sales and supervisory experience.
- You have a track record of achieving sales targets.
- You are recognized as an outstanding communicator, problem-solver and leader.
- You are a team player.
- You are organized and have excellent interpersonal skills.
