**Job Title: Security Branch Manager**

**Location: Montreal, QC**

**Salary: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 / annually**

**Position: Full Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branch Leadership and Management**:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals, including management team and administrative support professionals.
- Manage branch budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
- **Client Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
- Address client concerns promptly and propose solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services within the region.
- **Operational Oversight**:
- Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.
- Oversee scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local security regulations and industry standards.
- **Business Development**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in proposals, bids, and contract negotiations for prospective clients.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Prepare and present regular performance and financial reports to senior management.
- Use data and analytics to drive operational improvements and enhance service delivery.
- **Travel**:
- Position will require 10% to 15% travel within the province.
- The company provides either a company vehicle or a vehicle allowance, with a fuel program.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in business management, security management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in security management or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing operations, budgets, and teams.
- Strong understanding of Quebec security regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational tools.
