The **Community Training and Development Centre (CTDC)**, in partnership with **YMCA Northumberland** and the internationally recognized **Norland College (UK)**, is offering a _FREE_, hands-on training program to help you start your journey and support you with employment connections.

**Program Includes**:

- 6 weeks of **online, full-time training** with live instructors
- **First Aid & CPR certification** (in-person)
- 2-week **local work placement** in the childcare sector
- Certificate and transcript upon completion
- Up to **$500 in scholarships** available for top-performing participants entering ECE college programs
