We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Manufacturing team in the role of **Coordinator, Manufacturing**

**As a Coordinator, Manufacturing, you will.**
- Working with other departments to coordinate manufacturing schedules
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Configuring label templates
- Determining daily requirements in manufacturing and ensuring orders are completed on time
- Maintaining a positive work environment and delegating manufacturing responsibilities
- Inspecting packaging and products to guarantee they are free of flaws and packaged correctly
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the manufacturing areas while performing all duties\
- Where applicable, must adhere to Aurora's SOPs and comply with Health Canada’s Cannabis Act. In addition, must adhere to all ISO requirements and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Where applicable, promote and maintain GMP requirements
- Recognize unsafe conditions and practices, and make corrections to prevent injuries and product loss
- Other duties as required

**You would be the best fit for this role if you have**
- Comfortable working with Cannabis
- Physical effort is required, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and after hours as required
- Repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms
- Comfortable working with step ladders (i.e. step ladder/single sided step ladder)
- Must be able to wear proper PPE (jump suits, safety glasses, hair nets, etc.)

**Bonus points if you have**
- Previous experience working with cannabis considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
