**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the Conspiracy Comics brand in a positive and passionate manner
- Understand store sales plans and complete sales goals.
- Cover the sales floor and ensure that all areas are up to the company's visual and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in the closing of the store, comfortable to close the store and work alone.
- Process retail sales transactions, close out the register and communicate any shortages or overages to manage
- Able to process exchanges, store credit, & returns
- Effectively use the POS System to search for items, transfer items, and better help customers
- keep an eye out for potential risk for shrinkage.
- Perform daily procedures, such as handling shipments, merchandising, and cashier duties
- Provide customer-focused service; welcome customers and help resolve customer queries and complaints; uphold the customer service standard
- Achieving established goals.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Assist the Team Lead and Store Manager in training new Sales Associate
- Creating customer accounts for customers and building customer relations through exceptional customer service
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Open communication with your Store Manager and Team Lead
- Being knowledgeable of any company policies and procedures
- Other task assigned by Store Manager or Team Lead

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
