**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Level-1 IT Technician in our clinics, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and efficient IT support to our users, enabling them to deliver exceptional patient care. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving user problems, and maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide timely and courteous technical support to users within the
medical clinic, responding to inquiries in-person, via phone, or through
ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops,

laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals, ensuring mínimal
disruption to daily operations.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, medical software
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment, including

routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve or escalate as

necessary.
- Collaborate with external vendors and support teams to ensure the timely

resolution of complex technical issues that require advanced expertise.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, equipment inventory,

software licenses, and support procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of security protocols and best practices to

ensure data privacy and protection within the clinic.
- Educate and train users on basic IT procedures, such as password

management and data backup.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to

recommend improvements and enhancements to the IT infrastructure.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical
training in IT support is a plus.
- Proven experience in providing technical support to users in a

professional environment, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware

troubleshooting, and software installations.

Records (EMR) systems, is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of networking principles, protocols, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical

concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to

changing priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented

environment.

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

En tant que technicien informatique de niveau 1 dans nos cliniques, vous serez responsable de fournir un support informatique fiable et efficace à nos utilisateurs, leur permettant de fournir des soins exceptionnels aux patients. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le dépannage des problèmes matériels et logiciels, la résolution des problèmes des utilisateurs et le maintien du bon fonctionnement de notre infrastructure informatique.
