Together we provide our customers with complete solutions to manage and dispose of their materials (primarily metal). **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
This individual will be working in the CFT Bins division and will be responsible for selling CFT's roll-off container services to clients within the **Ottawa Gatineau and surrounding areas** **&* **Ottawa/Ottawa Valley.*

**Responsibilities**:
- Use prospecting strategies to lead high volume outreach activities to prospects and close deals
- Uncovering potential opportunities with clients
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based in designated territories
- Traveling in the surrounding area to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
- Proper use and maintenance of Salesforce daily.
- Developing and implementing an effective strategy to ensure market share increase and customer retention
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads contacted
- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales
- Conducting customer follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Determine the prospect's interest in [product/service]
- Achieve a set # of KPI’s for each day/week/month for both activities and sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes of priority and complete job tasks
- Strong communication skills

- Effective negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
- Must be Bilingual (English/French)
- Drivers license (required) and clean driving record
**Salary Range**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 (based on experience)
**On target commission**: $24,000 uncapped
