Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Access Services Rep to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
Provides technology-based customer service support and conducts first level analysis to resolve end user incidents / issues working with technology groups, to resolve within established timeframes.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Access management experience - 1+ years
- Customer Service - 1 year
- Team skills
- Computer savvy - intermediate excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task
