The purpose of this position is to oversee the creation, maintenance and optimization of schedules for employees, resources and daily operations. This role ensures adequate coverage, efficient workflow, and compliance with organizational policies.

- Compensation starts at $33.77 per hour and requires union membership.
This is a Part-Time, permanent position of Saturday-Sunday with flexible shifts within business hours (16 hours per week), and will be located in the Westshore. Who We’re Looking For: What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership

skills:
the ability to support with orientation, training, supervision, and work direction.
- Excellent communicator who is understanding, patient and non-judgmental while able to provide direction and feedback.
- Ability to coordinate staffing levels, develop and manage schedules, and analyze scheduling trends.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
- Computer literacy and ability to use relevant technology platforms.
- Preference Given to those who have:
- Experience working in a unionized environment. Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field, three years recent related experience, and one-year minimum experience in a supervisory or administrative role. Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be 19 years or older.
- Must obtain and maintain screening through the Ministry of Justice.
