- Compensation starts at $33.77 per hour and requires union membership. This is a Part-Time, permanent position of Saturday-Sunday with flexible shifts within business hours (16 hours per week), and will be located in the Westshore. Who We’re Looking For: What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership
skills:
the ability to support with orientation, training, supervision, and work direction.
- Excellent communicator who is understanding, patient and non-judgmental while able to provide direction and feedback.
- Ability to coordinate staffing levels, develop and manage schedules, and analyze scheduling trends.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
- Computer literacy and ability to use relevant technology platforms.
- Preference Given to those who have:
- Experience working in a unionized environment. Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field, three years recent related experience, and one-year minimum experience in a supervisory or administrative role. Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be 19 years or older.
- Must obtain and maintain screening through the Ministry of Justice.
