The Position:
Pre-requisites:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling A-to-Z exports in a freight forwarding environment
- Multimodal Experience

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Ability to work in a team environment and promote team environment
- Ability to keep up with fast paced changes
- Advanced computer skills including efficient use of Windows, MAC OS and MS Office suite
- Experience with Cargowise is an asset
- Strong customer service skills

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Entering and preparing shipments.
- Booking shipments with carriers.
- Rate/contract negotiation.
- Vendor sales and development.
- Documentation assistance.
- Preparation of shipping documentation (MAWB, HAWB, B/L, etc.)
- Daily customer quotes completion.
- Preparation of international paperwork such as legalized documents, insurance, letter of credit documentation, etc.
- Pre-Alerts to destination agents.
- Billing agent routed shipments.

Pay: $14.25-$25.76 per hour
