**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB DUTIES**
**Assist customers in selecting products from the sales floor**
- Maintain the sales floor by cleaning, merchandising, stocking, and rotating products.
- Work closely with our Merchandising Leaders on proper merchandising procedures such as height appropriation, keeping up to date on flyer items and keeping affiliated product together - **Make it make sense**:

- Responsible for keeping promotional ends, aisles, power isles and clip strips looking fresh, clean and fully stocked. **Dump Bins are to be kept full and messy**:

- **Must be organized. **Accurate paperwork is **essential**:

- Ensure customers are provided with accurate product information on the sales floor and in store.
- Interact with customers to provide customer service and suggest products
- Communicate product availability and discounts to customers.
- Participate in inventory counts to ensure stores are properly stocked
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases from customers and record product information in the company system.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**A customer service approach to your work is key to this position being successful as you must be able to build relationships with your team members and customers to ensure we provide them with the best products and services possible.**
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and friendly.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Must be able to commute to location in location.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.15, depending on experience.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
