We are currently recruiting for a _**Full-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant**_. This position is a _**Permanent opportunity with approx. 35-40 hours per week**_. Due to the nature of the hours _**this position is not suitable for students.**_

We are a busy, dynamic, family focused, fast paced, chiropractic wellness office located in Tecumseh, Ontario. Our doctor is passionate about changing people’s health and lives through regular chiropractic care and a wellness lifestyle.

For this _**Front Desk Clerical position,**_ we are looking for a team-player, someone with _**experience in a chiropractic or busy healthcare practice and/or a passion for chiropractic care and a wellness lifestyle.**_

Bringing a strong work ethic and punctuality, you will have the ability to work independently and/or with mínimal supervision. You posses a solid skill-set in appointment scheduling and schedule management and complete all tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. You are a master multi-tasker and will be able to administrator the front desk, while maintaining patient focused care, organization and professionalism at all times, in all situations and in all interactions.

This position requires an **enthusiastic**, **energetic**, **quick learning** and **career minded** person. This position will keep you on the move. You will bring **STRONG, CLEAR & PROFESSIONAL interpersonal, communication**, **telephone** & **customer service skills.** **EXPERIENCED **in a busy healthcare/Chiropractic office. An **OUTGOING & PROFESSIONAL** personality and posses **CONFIDENCE** in dealing with the public. You have outstanding **PRIORITIZATION** and **TIME MANAGEMENT** skills. You can take direction well and be **ACCURATE,** **EFFICIENT,** **DETAILED** and **THOROUGH** with every task. This is a dynamic position that requires **EXCELLENT MEMORY, RETENTION & RECALL**. As part of our healthcare team, you will interact with our patients and others with authentic heart-centered **LOVE & KINDNESS**
- **Work Hours**:_
- 3:00pm; 11:00am-7:30pm; 12:30pm - 9:00pm (till close); Closed on all holidays; No weekends except for occasional office event or staff training/professional development.
- **Wage**:_

$17.00-$22.00 per hour
