**Marketing Specialist**

G.E. Barbour Inc. is a dynamic food processor based in Sussex, New Brunswick, Canada famous for King Cole tea, Barbour’s Extracts, Pop ‘N Top and Fatso Peanut Butter brands.

At G.E. Barbour, we’re proud to offer brands that delight our customers. To help continue the growth of our business, we are searching for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join the team.
- Elevate our brand identity on social media with compelling storytelling, trend-savvy content and data-driven tactics
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events that align with sales objectives and brand strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging product opportunities that align with consumer demand and brand growth strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales on key e-commerce platforms.
- Create persuasive sales tools and promotional materials that align with brand messaging and drive revenue growth.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration within G.E. Barbour to support company-wide goals and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Business degree (marketing major an asset)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and communication/speaking skills
- Proficient at implementing/managing Social Media strategies
- Proficient with Excel/Power Point/Word and other software
- Previous Food or Beverage Product Management experience is an asset
- Bilingual is an asset

G.E. Barbour offers a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, with some in-office hours required at our Sussex, NB location. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours for trade shows and special events.
