**What You’ll Do**:

- _ Responsible for billing/invoicing customers._
- _ Preparing reports for charge backs and invoicing to clients _
- _Follow up on paid invoices and updating statements._
- _ Responsible for reviewing contract details and invoicing respectively._
- _ Work with other departments to gather supporting documents for chargeback invoices._
- _ Assist Airports Managers inquires related to onboard cash collecting and reporting._
- _ Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date._
- _ Review and send by weekly statements to suppliers for collections._
- _ Provide all supporting documents requested by the customers. _
- _Review and reconcile invoices and collections._
- _ Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with customers._

**What You’ll Need**:

- _ 1 - 3 years of related experience_
- _ Details oriented, keen for accuracy and a team player. _
- _Knowledge/understanding of the Canadian sales taxes._
- _ Fast learner and ability to communicate senior management when needed_
- _ Excellent computer skills & MS office along with experience in accounting packages_
- _ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy_
- _ Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines_
- _ Good communication skills both in oral and written form_
- _ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as an active team member_
- _ Demonstrate sound work ethics complimented with flexible work attitude_
