**Position Title**: International Functional & Reporting Analyst
**Status**: Full-Time Support
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week
**Faculty/Department**: International
**Campus/Location**:North campus
**Salary**:FT Support Payband I (Start $39.34 - Max $45.59)

**About the International Functional & Reporting Analyst Role**:
Under the direction of the Associate Director, International Operations, the International Functional and Reporting Analyst provides system and technical support to Humber International in four key areas: Systems administration and innovation, reporting oversight & leadership, data analysis and technical support.

The incumbent plays a primary technical role within Humber International as the technical lead and liaison with other technical colleagues at Humber, including the systems professional in the Registrar’s Office, ITS and Institutional Analysis

**Education**
Four year diploma in Information technology / computer science, mathematics, research analysis, business (only with a strong emphasis on math-related majors such as statistics or finance)

**Experience/Skills**
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- Demonstrated use of technical reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel, Access and other means
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining server databases
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills
- Demonstrated understanding of statistical reporting and analysis underlying the reports
- Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics architecture, set-up, maintenance and use in a marketing context. Experience of same strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency working with student information systems and relational databases
- Superior communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes
- Extensive experience working in the post-secondary education environment with strong understanding of college business processes
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience working with large Oracle databases to produce query and reports using data mining tools such as Cognos, SQL, and scripting tools considered an asset
- Experience using issue and project tracking tools/software such as JIRA and Asana
