**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
Although this role remains a role where your day-to-day life will likely change a lot based on our strategic priorities, this is what you can expect:
**Internal Communications**:
- Develop and implement communication strategies and best practices.
- Develop and execute communication plans for corporate priorities, organizational change, and support team engagement.
- Lead internal employee deliverables, events, and initiatives (i.e. newsletters, intranet, announcements, etc.)
- Revamp and improve the internal information ecosystem to increase employee engagement.
- Design and implement communication platforms and measure effectiveness.
**Employer Brand**:
- Build Plusgrade's employer brand and employee value proposition in strong collaboration with our Brand and Marketing teams
- Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and talent acquisition teams.
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns and make future recommendations.
- Build relationships with industry organizations and universities.
- Bring new and disruptive talent attraction techniques.
- Operationalize employer brand initiatives and oversee team swag in partnership with the design team.
**YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, human resources, or a related field.
- Significant experience in internal communications and/or employer branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of best practices in internal communications and employer branding.
- Experience working with technology platforms and tools to deliver internal communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem solver and critical thinker.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to measure program effectiveness and inform decision making.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Passionate about creating a positive employee experience and building an employer brand.
