Calgary Tours is a local tour operator company. We are looking for Management Trainee (sales & marking) to help us expand our business.

Responsibility:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Develop, implement and monitor sales targets and goals.
- Develop marketing strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding new and existing sales accounts.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Keep up-to-date records on sales calls, customer contacts, and details of meetings in a timely manner
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending sales meetings to provide and obtain updates on industry developments, market trends and customer needs.
- Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
- Perform ongoing market research and continually monitor competitors, and adjust marketing and sales efforts as needed
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related discipline combined with 2 years’ sales experience.
- Superior customer service/relationship building skills with strong customer contacts.
- Acute business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to self-start and work independently with little supervision.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to develop budgets, with a strong understanding of costing and pricing abilities.
- Flexibility to travel if required

- Goal setting and closing skills are necessary
- Must be professional
- Must be proficient in excel/word/power point.

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

- Cass 5 (preferred)

- English and Mandarin (required), Cantonese (preferred)

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
