**Responsibilities as a Marketing and Sales Trainee**:

- Develop extensive knowledge of our clients, their products/services, and corresponding industries to maintain a cutting-edge
- Grow customer base by marketing and promoting products and building trusting relationships with potential clients
- Attend meetings and virtual conference calls to stay up to date with current sales trends, client promotions, and marketing campaign strategies
- Meet or exceed sales expectations both personal and team-based goals
- Contribute to campaign development by collaborating with fellow Marketing and Sales Trainees to improve processes, enhance success, and increase sales targets
- Overturn objections and customer concerns in a friendly, ethical, and professional manner
- Maintain good rapport with prospective customers, clients, and fellow sales and marketing team members

**Requirements as a Marketing and Sales Trainee**:

- Bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business is preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Client Relations, or Customer service
- Goal-oriented with the ambition to exceed goals and expectations
- Organization and effective time management skills
- Strong passion and ability to positively influence, educate and connect with others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
- Creative, confident, and exceptional public speaking abilities
- Passion for people and developing sales relationships

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
