**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive outreach.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
