Are you looking for flexible, part-time hours to help supplement your income? Interest in doing short haul deliveries so that you can be home in time for dinner? Inline is seeking a delivery driver who is looking for part-time, on-call work during this upcoming Spring and Summer.

Inline Nurseries is a wholesale nursery located in East Chilliwack which focuses on growing Perennials, Shrubs, and Trees for Garden Centres and the Landscape industry. The Delivery Driver works directly with our Logistics team to complete deliveries throughout Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, with occasional deliveries to Vancouver Island.

**What we expect**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the logistics team to provide excellent customer service for our customers
- Complete pre
- and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicles and maintain accurate records
- Operate 5-ton trucks to transport carted/palletized plants in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist shipping team with loading trucks for delivery when necessary

**Qualities**:

- Clean driver’s abstract (preferred)
- Great customer service skills
- Organized with great time management
- Flexibility in daily tasks/deliveries
- Self-reliant/able to work independently
- Able to lift 50lbs (22.7kg)

**Working Conditions**:

- Hours are dependant on delivery schedule (likely 3-5 days per week during Spring)
- Seasonal exposure to weather
- Longer hours to be expected during peak season (March-May)

**Languages**:

- English (required)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**License**:

- Class 5 Drivers License (required)

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
