The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.
**PROJECT DETAILS**
**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **General Administration/Communication**:Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications.
- **Payroll**: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.
- **Document Control**: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project.
- **Controls**:Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review
- **Purchasing**: Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset.
- Experience with document control
- Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset.
- Microsoft Excel experience
