What you’ll do: - Reviewer and/or approver of Operations invoices- Tracking and investigating vendor spends- Records management and file retention - "E-filing", shared drive management of Finance records- Preparing spreadsheets, presentations, and forms for operations staff- Taking minutes for meetings as required- Providing courteous and professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders Who you are: - Legally authorized to work in Canada- Minimum high school diploma or GED program- Understanding of professional office procedures We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
