**Responsabilités**
- Tâches occasionnelles de réceptionniste : répondre aux appels entrants des clients et aux demandes de renseignements
- Boîtes de réception générales : traitement des demandes de soumission des courtiers (vérifier si le client existe déjà dans différents systèmes, ouvrir les dossiers clients et les attribuer aux souscripteurs des différents services), modifications des polices existantes, etc.
- Émission et facturation des nouvelles polices, des renouvellements, des avenants et des annulations en en français et en anglais
- Saisie des informations sur les polices d’assurance dans différentes bases de données
- Assurer l’exactitude et l’intégrité des données en communiquant avec les souscripteurs et les assistants souscripteurs
- Gestion du courrier entrant et sortant
- Autres tâches connexes

**Qualifications et experience**
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de traitement de données similaire ou dans le soutien d’un courtier
- Fortes capacités à résoudre des problèmes
- Maîtrise des deux langues français et anglais : de solides compétences orales et écrites sont requises
- Expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance souhaitée
- Expérience préalable de travail pour un Agent général gestionnaire (AGG), un atout
- Maîtrise de la suite Office de Microsoft : Word, Excel et Outlook
- Expérience préalable en saisie de données requise
- Fort sentiment d’urgence et axé sur les résultats
- Grande attention aux détails et à la gestion du temps
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles, écrites et orales
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement où les échéances sont multiples et où le rythme est rapide

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Occasional receptionist duties: Address incoming client calls and address inquiries
- Issuance and invoicing of new policies, renewals, endorsements and cancellations in French and English
- Data entry of insurance policy information into different databases
- Ensuring accuracy and data integrity through communicating with underwriters and underwriter assistants
- Handling incoming and outgoing courier mail
- Other duties as may be required

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar processing role or broker support
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual in French and English: Strong oral and written skills are required
- Experience in the Insurance industry desired
- Prior experience working for a Managed General Agent (MGA) an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior data entry experience required
- Strong sense of urgency and results focused
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-deadline and fast-paced environment
