**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Supervisor with over 6+ years of on-site experience to lead our dedicated team. As a Clinic Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our psychotherapy clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the clinical team, providing guidance and support to psychotherapists and other staff.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and CRP requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in providing therapy services and clinical supervision.
- Strong case management skills and proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with diverse populations, including children in a pediatric setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and staff.
- Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries.
- CRP regulated

**Schedule**:

- Part-time or Full-time
- Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
