User Experience Lead

**Responsibilities**: - ** Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences and visually appealing interfaces.**: - ** Conduct user research, gather insights, and identify user needs to inform design decisions.**: - ** Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows, and define functional spec documents.**: - ** Collaborate with project teams to define project requirements and priorities, and effectively communicate design solutions.**: - ** Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine design concepts.**: - ** Assist in generating prototypes for the purposes of modeling, communicating, and demonstrating key aspects of the user experience**: - ** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design and architecture.**: - ** Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture within the team.**: - ** Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency across products.**: - ** Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to drive innovation and improve design quality.**: - ** Work with the analytics discipline to assist in defining marketing success measurements, KPIs and other performance metrics**: - ** Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and client-facing skills**: **Qualifications**: - ** 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user-centered interfaces for complex digital products.**: - ** UX/UI - Demonstrate an understanding of User Centered Design (UCD) principles, responsive design and performance data-driven design principles; assist in providing rationale and supporting data for UX recommendations; contribute in developing experiences and mapping customer journeys; has passion for representing the user POV and an intense curiosity about why people do what they do**: - ** Content Strategy - work with copy and design to develop appropriate content structures that deliver on strategic goals.**: - ** User Testing and Research - plan for and conduct various user and usability tests working both internally and with external vendors.
