**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning and maintenance projects.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Lift heavy items as necessary to maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed.
- Person may to do some tasks to maintain other cleaner work balance

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools safely is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
