We are looking for someone to join our family here at HUTCHISON MAINTENANCE We are hiring for day-time cleaning of new construction/renovated homes, move-out cleaning, residential cleaning and apartment building cleaning with a crew and/or alone throughout the Sudbury Area.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting homes, apartments and common areas of buildings.
- Collect garbage
- Vacuum, sweep, dustmop and mop floors

**Qualification & Skills**
- Cleaning experienced is not required as training is provided
- Must be able to follow cleaning instructions and handle constructive feedback if necessary
- Must be able to work alone or with a team under supervision
- Must be detail oriented enough to see dust, dirt, grime, stains etc... and have the initiative to address accordingly by cleaning it with the equipment and products supplied.
- Must be in good physical health to handle the physical demands of cleaning which include lifting up to 50lbs, reaching over shoulders, bending to the floor and repetitive shoulder, arm and leg motions.
- Great communication skills
- Cleared Police background check
- Must have access to your own transportation
