**Job description**

Wage will be determined based on experience and benefits package is available.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Customer service in a professional & timely manner
- Gathering & communicating accurate information for the customer in all aspects of the repair process
- Creating / Closing & scheduling Work Orders
- Provide and following up with estimates for Customers
- Sourcing and ordering parts required for repairs

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM with overtime as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00-$62,400.00 per year
