You’ve sold the dream—now help people live it.

If you’re a seasoned RV sales pro who’s mastered the art of closing deals and reading people, but you’re itching for a new kind of challengethis might just be your next chapter.

We’re looking for someone who gets the rhythm of RV life and wants to bring that experience to the other side of the adventure: service. You know what happens after the sale—what matters, what breaks, and what customers expect. Now imagine using that knowledge to steer the chaos instead of just selling the ride.

You’ll be the bridge between customers, techs, and the ever-turning wheels of an RV dealership. You’ll write clean work orders, translate “it makes a weird noise when I turn left” into actionable jobs, and make people feel heard and helped—not hustled.

**You’ll crush this gig if**:

- You’ve got real RV sales experience and want something less grindy, more grounded.
- You’re sharp, calm under pressure, and can wrangle people and paperwork like a pro.
- You’re fluent in “customer” and “tech” and can keep both sides moving forward.
- You like systems, but you’re not afraid to improvise when things get weird.
- You’re ready to be the go-to hero, not just another name on the sales board.

RV service writing isn’t easy—but if you’ve thrived in the sales trenches, you’ve already got the grit and grit matters here.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet customers like family (the kind you actually like)
- Write work orders techs can follow without guessing
- Keep customers informed—no ghosting
- Juggle appointments, parts, and updates like a pro
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the team rolling

- Calm under pressure and wired to solve problems
- Honest, reliable communicator
- Obsessed with details, timelines, and follow-through
- Good with computers, great with people
- A team player who just _gets it done_
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with G2/IDS—we’ll train the right person either way._

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
