**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tactical Guard to join our team. As a Tactical Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary duties will include loss prevention, and enforcing store policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular patrols within the store, regularly checking both entrances, and using a radio to report any suspicious individuals.
- Ensuring the safety of staff members is paramount.
- Issuing trespass notices to unauthorized individuals is part of the role.
- When necessary, conducting lawful arrests for shoplifting incidents is also a responsibility.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Loss prevention: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Licence (preferred)
