**About the role**
- Work with Clients, Banks/Brokers, and Lawyers
- Represent the firm in all purchase and sale transactions
- Work with the support & administrative staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide guidance and expertise to complex problems and help support on the corporate commercial side

**About you**
- You have 3-5 years of experience handling files from beginning to end
- You love to be part of a smaller organization and work through complex real estate problems
- You have experience with Teraview, Unity, P.C. Law and Closer
- You have the proven ability to work autonomously but are open to development and mentorship
- You have strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to interact with clients throughout their purchase or sale

**Salary**: From $85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- License to Practice in Ontario (preferred)
