**What You’ll Be Doing**

As the Housekeeper you will be responsible for ensuring maximum standards of cleanliness in the common areas, offices and grounds of our multi-family residential rental property utilizing equipment and supplies provided by the company. You will maintain a cleaning schedule adjusting as necessary when high priority housekeeping incidents occur and follow established housekeeping procedures. You will maintain cleaning equipment and anticipate when supplies are to be ordered, ensuring a supply on hand when needed. You will report all minor and major property repairs required in a timely manner to your supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells and elevators.
- Perform deep cleaning and preparation of units after tenant move-outs to ensure they are ready for new residents.
- Regularly clean shared facilities including fitness area and clubhouse.
- Ensure outdoor areas are clean and free from debris.
- Respond promptly to urgent housekeeping needs.
- Report minor maintenance or repair issues.

**How You’ll Succeed**

You possess a strong work ethic and have an affinity for cleanliness and sanitization. You produce quality results, have good time management skills and are able to work proactively and independently. You remain conscientious of the safety of yourself and others while working.

**What You’ll Need**
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience
- Dependable, trustworthy and professional demeanor
- Detail oriented, organized and focused on quality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work weekends
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
