Call Centre Representative

Monday to Friday 8:00 am 12 noon part-time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide product information to customers to order
- Responsible for call centre and making sure our customers have been serviced based on company procedures and policies
- Build collaborative relationships with store bakery/grocery managers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to inquiries within a timely manner
- Input orders using in-house software
- Update customer database
- Meet the target for how many calls are made in a day
- Responsible for meeting the sales target $ amount set for every quarter
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Organize job tasks to meet sales objectives
- Assist sales team with other tasks as required

After a probationary time, there is a commission structure that can be applied to this position
