**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Build and maintain a network of resources from which to identify new sales leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Provide accurate product information to customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
- Manage customer accounts through outside sales activities
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a direct sales role (commercial)
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills
- Possession of vehicle, valid drivers licence and insurance
- Experience in the print industry considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 3 years (required)
- Print Industry: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence, Vehicle and Insurance (required)

- Day Shift (required)
