As the Director, Operational Processes within the Property and Casualty Insurance Executive Division (P&C Insurance ED), you will act as the primary partner for process documentation and improvement within the framework of the Operations Mastery Cycle. To support the ambitions of strategic planning, and more specifically the "Mastering Our Operations" initiative, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for implementing and continuously operating an integrated plan for documenting and upgrading processes across the entire P&C Insurance ED. You will also be responsible for facilitating performance dialogue related to processes within the various reporting forums of Desjardins General Insurance Group (DGIG). You are a proven, positive leader who leads by example. As a change agent, you challenge the status quo, motivate your team, and implement projects to improve business practices. An exceptional communicator, you are also capable of influencing at all levels to guide decision-making.
