Your mission should you accept it:
As an ambassador of the company, you will play a key role in supporting managers, optimizing HR processes, and leading various projects in organizational development and talent management. You will contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategic plan, while ensuring the update of internal policies and using innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency. You will promote a positive corporate culture, foster engagement and diversity, and supervise the development of your team.

- Be an ambassador for the company.
- Proactively support managers in managing their teams and act as an advisor to various internal clients;
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement solutions to optimize them.
- Plan and lead the implementation of various HR projects, particularly in organizational development and talent management, based on operational needs.
- Contribute to the development of the HR strategic plan, workforce planning, and succession management, and ensure its execution.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze HR performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Ensure regular updates and internal coordination of policies based on legislative developments and the company's needs.
- Contribute to and collaborate with the team of advisors in the deployment of programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, mobilization, and retention. Ensure the implementation of tools and initiatives that stimulate HR skills development.
- Use innovative technologies and tools to improve the efficiency of HR operations.
- Promote a positive corporate culture by fostering engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the assigned team.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Administration - Human Resources profile.
- Have more than 15 years of experience in human resources, including a minimum of 5 years in human resources team management roles.
- Demonstrate significant experience in implementing and optimizing HR information systems (HRIS) and other technological tools.
- Active, action-oriented, and results-oriented leadership, with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and operational tasks.
- Very good command of spoken and written French, and professional English (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and standards, as well as the dynamics related to the construction industry or a similar environment.
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and the ability to rally stakeholders and influence effectively.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of HR systems and performance indicators.
