As a valuable member of the RS team, you will deliver winning food and beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Vision and Values.
- Set dining room for service.
- Prepare for service; polish cutlery/glassware, stock side stations, etc.
- Provide friendly and informed response to questions regarding menu and wine selections.
- Deliver timely food and beverage service according to specific restaurant standards as advised by the Service Manager.
- Advice on and promote items on the menu.
- Order items with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
- Run Food efficiently and with a sense of urgency.
- Removal of all dirty dishes, glassware and cutlery.
- Replenish / stock work area.
- Quick and detailed completion of assigned side duties.
- Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
- Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years experience in a high volume restaurant environment.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems an asset.
- Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
