Residential Rough and Final Grade Surveyor

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Conduct land surveys using precision instruments and GPS technology.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps for clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize GIS software, including ArcGIS, to analyze spatial data and create visual representations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage data collection processes and maintain accurate databases for ongoing projects.
- Perform CAD drafting using AutoCAD to create detailed plans and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the surveying process.
- Assist in the development of project proposals by providing technical expertise.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in data collection techniques and data management practices.
- Experience with databases for effective data storage and retrieval.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel to various job sites.
