**Location: Pride Marine Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Orillia location.**

**What You'll Do**
- Create, update and assign work orders
- Use a menu selling approach when quoting customers
- Provide excellent service for both retail and internal customers
- Communication with service team and customers
- Schedule technicians while being mindful of delivery timeline expectations
- Proactively sell and schedule routine maintenance
- Ensure appropriate levels of customer communication
- Clear communication with customers regarding expectations and quotes
- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary
- Collect payment upon completion of work
- Maintain zero dollars in accounts receivable over 30 days
- Refer potential sales leads to Location Manager
- Achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) target
- Work with Location Manager to achieve budget goals
- Work as a team with all Crewmembers
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned

**What We'd Like From You**
- 2 to 4 years customer service experience in the automotive or marine industry considered an asset
- Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orillia, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive or Marine Industry: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
