**Duties**:

- Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image
- Deliver, maintain and exceed customer service quality standards as established by F&B Department
- Food Runner - Delivering food to customers while ensuring they receive the correct order
- Busser - assist the servers with clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables
- Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image

- Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may compromise or be damaging to positive customer relations
- Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- 1 years service experience in hotel / restaurant dining room / lounge
- Basic food, wine and liquor knowledge
- Smart Serve Certificate
- Food Handler Certificate
- Available to work all shifts and locations
