**Job Overview**
The Alberni Auto Group (Alberni Toyota and Alberni Chrysler) is seeking a Junior Financial Services Manager (FSM) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who wants to learn and grow in a long-standing, successful family-run business and who strongly believe in supporting the people that live in our community.
**Your Path For Success**
Initially, we will introduce you to the various aspects of the position and explain duties, responsibilities and opportunities. You will be enrolled in our FSM training program which will include on-site training by our Senior Financial Services Manager and vendor-related partners.
Once you fully understand our policies and procedures you will be introduced to the financial services products that we offer and be given extensive training so that you gain full confidence when presenting to our clients.
Our goal is for you to grow into a competent and confident Financial Services Manager within a reasonable amount of time. Once you start your position on a fulltime basis the opportunities for outstanding remuneration and growth will be yours to achieve.
