**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented accurately.
- Manage electronic medical/dental records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and consultations while maintaining an organized calendar for the office.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, procedures, and any necessary paperwork.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment presentations for patients to facilitate understanding of their options.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Dentrix is essential.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and patient care is highly valued.
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Italian is preferred.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
