Datafeed Implementation Specialist

The Content & Technology Solutions (CTS) group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet’s DataFeed products. Through our industry leading content delivery platform clients seamlessly access organized and connected data that is easily discoverable, explorable, and complimentary to both public and proprietary data. Our aim is to streamline our client’s internal processes with FactSet data delivery via databases, programming languages, and web services. Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as DataFeed Specialist.

As a DataFeed Implementation Specialist you will mainly be responsible for the project management of new DataFeed implementations which includes gathering client requirements, preparing sample files, process design, implementation and educating clients. You will be working closely with Sales, Product Development and local consulting teams throughout the implementation process.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring existing clients are staffed with the proper notification and escalation procedures
- Client relationship management
- External and internal product/solution training
- Involvement in product development
- Coordination with Sales specialists to identify and pitch the right solution
- Training clients on unlocking the value add proposition of their solution

**Requirements**:
We welcome ambitious team players with proven ability to take initiative and find creative solutions. Applicants must have genuine interest in finance and technology, as well as the desire to continually learn and develop in an ever-changing environment.
- Education: Bachelors' degree in finance, MIS, economics, accounting, business administration, mathematics or similar field
- 2-3 years of implementation or client facing experience preferred
- Strong project management skills/organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Enthusiasm and a desire to grow beyond the necessary skill set by pursuing new technical skills and knowledge
- Technical knowledge requirements preferred: Microsoft SQL, Python, Jupyter NoteBooks
