We are currently looking to hire the following position in our Forma Steel facility.

**Role**: Roll Shop Machine Operator

**Job Type**: Full-time

**As a Machine Operator You Will**:

- Operate various steel manufacturing equipment such as roll former, banding tools, shear, slitter.
- Guide steel into the processing areas.
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform start up, cleaning, and shut down procedures on production equipment.
- Lift and move products throughout the assembly and production process.
- Complete any other work assigned by supervisor/lead hand.
- Abide with all Health and safety practices and requirements.

**Our Machine Operators Have**:

- Ability to and/or experience operating manufacturing equipment.
- Safe work mindset and commitment to safety.
- Ability to read and understand production drawings.
- Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
- Team mentality and ability to work well with others.
- Physical capability to perform their job safely (push, pull lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time).
- Capability of working in a manufacturing environment.
