FLINT is actively recruiting **Machinists** for our **Fort McMurray** Machine Shop, where your skills will shine in diverse projects with the guidance of our Machine Shop Superintendent. Join our team and elevate your career with FLINT's cutting-edge innovations

**What would you be doing?**
- Interpreting blueprints and crafting precision parts to exacting specifications.
- Commanding cutting-edge equipment, including conventional lathes and mills, grinders, and portable machining tools.
- Taking on challenging tasks like line boring, flange facing, and cold cutting.
- Exercising your creative skills to layout, measure, and mark materials for precision cutting.
- Tackling a diverse range of field machining assignments as they arise.
- Opportunity for field work.

**Does this sound like you?**
- The grit to thrive in dynamic field conditions.
- Experience in line boring.
- A knack for sizing up and measuring with pinpoint accuracy.
- Proficient in both conventional lathe and mill operations.
- A CSO certification or a desire to obtain one.
- A Machinist Journeyperson/Apprentice certificate.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
