**ROLE**

Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate plays an integral role in the warehouse by checking, organizing product for multi-channel facets of the business. The Warehouse Associate is a supply chain and logistics professional who is responsible for filling customer orders and packaging them in a manner that meets company standards. The Warehouse Associate is required to ensure the product is accurately gathered and placed in the appropriate designation in a timely manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for reading shipping orders to determine quantity, quality and accuracy of items packed.
- Inspect orders to ensure product being shipped and packaged meets the expectations of the consumer
- Responsible for ensuring the product picked is accurate and appropriately packaged and staged
- Follow product selection procedure as established by the company
- Wrap orders when applicable
- Accurately label products
- Move product within the warehouse using MHE
- Responsible for garbage disposal, cardboard recycling, and the disposal of broken

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of previous warehouse experience as a Checker / Picker Packer

**- 2+ years of experience with the Counter Balance, Reach and Order Picker**

**- Valid certification with the Counter Balance, Reach and Order Picker with fall arrest**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail/Quality Orientation
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
