The General Manager at Eganridge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Eganridge Resort. This Includes The Hotel / Resort, Food & Beverage, Special Events Spa, and Golf Course.

This includes delivering an extreme customer-focus, complying with all applicable regulations, management of staff and HR issues, and financial management / budgeting.

**Job Requirements**

**Operational Management**:

- Overseeing daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, activities, and maintenance.
- Monitoring and managing departmental budgets to achieve profitability goals.
- Implementing and enforcing resort policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.

**Guest Experience**:

- Prioritizing guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Developing and executing strategies to enhance guest experience and drive repeat business.
- Interacting with guests to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

**Staff Leadership**:

- Recruiting, hiring, and training a competent resort staff across all departments.
- Motivating and developing staff to achieve high performance levels and maintain a positive work environment.
- Evaluating staff performance and providing necessary coaching and feedback.

**Financial Management**:

- Analyzing financial reports, forecasting revenue, and managing expenses to maximize profitability.
- Identifying cost-saving measures while maintaining quality of service.
- Creating and managing budgets for all resort departments.

**Marketing and Sales**:

- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new guests.
- Maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for revenue growth

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols across the resort

Required skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in resort and/or hotel management, ideally with a track record of successful operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Financial acumen and budgeting expertise
- Ability to work flexible hours, including consistently weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of resort management software and systems

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Golf: 1 year (preferred)
- Hotel: 1 year (required)
- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
